                   Introduction
Euro6IX is deploying and using its IP Premium Service [Euro6IX IP Premium Service Specification v1.0, responsible T-Systems Nova].
This QoS service based on DiffServ aims to provide users with the equivalent of a leased line. It supports real time applications by
a guaranteeing an appropriated IP performance metrics and throughput as follow:

		        | Metric |
		        IP Premium performance guarantee |

		        | One way delay |
< One way delay of single packet in an empty network + 50 ms |

		        | Packet loss> |
		        < 10^-4 |

		        | IPDV |
		        < 25 ms |

The Euro6IX Premium IP Service has several actions on:
		     Classification
		    Marking
		    Shaping
		    Dropping (Policing)
		    Scheduling

Regarding Marking, the DSCP of IP Premium packets are set to 101110 (decimal: 46). Meanwhile best effort DSCP is 000000.
		  Application

In this web interface you can configure on demand the right parameters in Consulintel Access router (Hitachi GR-2000) in order to
fulfill the following Euro6IX IP Premium Service requirements, which make possible a bidirectional SIP calls end-to-end QoS enabled

		        | Requirement |
		        Description |
		        Action |

		        | 1 |
The IP Premium access router MUST perform policing by source IP address, destination IP
address and agreed IP Premium throughput |
Consulintel Access router marks the IP Premium packets setting their DSCP to 101110
(decimal: 46). Meanwhile best effort DSCP is 000000. Thus is done for Outgoing SIP calls, based on source IP address (Local
SIP client) and destination IP address (Remote SIP client) |

		        | 2 |
Domain boundary routers MUST support packet marking and remarking on incoming external
		         interfaces |
Consulintel Access router marks the IP Premium packets by setting uptheir DSCP to 101110
(decimal: 46). Meanwhile best effort DSCP is 000000. Thus is done for Incoming SIP calls, based on source IP address (Remote
SIP client) and destination IP address (Local SIP client) |

		        | 3 |
Currently, there has been defined that only SIP calls can get an IP Premium Service |
As is stated up, these actions are done for SIP calls |

As is depicted in the figure 1, the right section of the network is already QoS enabled, and the left section can be configured by
means of this web interface for QoS enabled on demand.

This is made by marking SIP traffic with DSCP to 101110 in both directions. Then you should configure the marking in both outgoing and
incoming directions. Consulintel has the following local SIP clients:

		    2001:800:40:2a03:250:8dff:fe49:936d
		   2001:800:40:2a03:204:acff:fe9b:3fa6

Note that currently only five pairs of bidirectional calls can be done with this web interface.
